NPX is thrilled to announce the launch of our new line of Change Management Services to compliment the transformational projects that we’re fortunate to support everyday. At NPX, we believe that Nuclear energy is key to fighting the climate crisis, and there’s a lot of innovative change between today and net zero. We want to help get our industry there. We are doing our part to make nuclear more cost effective by integrating modern tools and tech into the way we operate nuclear plants and execute projects.

At a time when our customers are transforming their operations and projects, we know that deliberate Change management can be crucial, as it ensures that these initiatives are successful and sustainable. We will use global best practices and tools to help our customers achieve their goals and drive their organizations forward. Our Organizational Change Management service includes support for requirements optimization, communication and stakeholder engagement, concern management, and training and development. We take an agile approach and seek to minimize disruption to accelerate adoption.
