The four founders made NPX a reality in May 2018 by bringing innovation in the nuclear industry to the forefront. Their mission was to make nuclear more sustainable, competitive, and a leader in energy technologies.
The product development team focuses on transforming nuclear plant processes into digital applications to streamline procedures and operations, reduce time and cost, and increase ease of use.
The project management team focuses on driving the end-to-end delivery of complex and innovative nuclear projects while ensuring these projects happen flawlessly - on time and on budget.
The digital transformation team focuses on leading change in nuclear configuration management and operations towards data centric platforms that enhance efficiency and reduce cost.
The engineering team focuses on revolutionizing equipment reliability and engineering processes through the use of technology, data analytics and streamlined processes.
Keith leads the Design Engineering team and has over 25 year’s experience in engineering projects. Dr. Brown’s expertise is in electrical & computer engineering, he holds a P.Eng. license (Ontario), and is a Fellow of both the Canadian Academy of Engineering and the Engineering Institute of Canada.
Director, Design Engineering
Naveen is the lead for our internal X-Program department & works primarily with the Design Engineering team & the Engineering Programs team in building engineering solutions that lead to reduced complexity, increased safety, & productivity. He also manages STIG (our Boston Dynamics SPOT robot) and 3D printing projects within NPX.

The future OPS team focuses on making new nuclear projects successful through planning, construction and operations with a focus on innovation, efficiency, data strategy, and autonomous plant operation.
Lindsay began her nuclear career researching corrosion of materials for nuclear fuel disposal. Now, she leads projects focusing on cost-avoidance and right-sizing quality by optimizing in-station processes. She is also leading the NPX effort in driving innovation for new nuclear deployment.
Future OPS Lead
Gord has previously held the roles of Manager Plant Design at Pickering where he was also a licensed shift manager. His experience at various design agencies included VP Project & Engineering Director roles. He has expertise in design engineering, project management, configuration management, strategic & financial planning, technical support, & shift operation management.
